Pray for Others

As an intercessory prayer movement, Prayer Power members pray for others. We pray for three specific intentions: Christ-centered families; an increase in vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life; and holy priests and religious on fire with love for the Eucharist. We also pray for the special intentions we receive as prayer requests. Prayer Power Hour
Pray one hour per month for the Prayer Power intentions in front of the Blessed Sacrament in your parish or at Saint Charles Seminary. You will be assigned a priest and asked to pray for him during your Prayer Power hour and each night at your evening meal.

Prayer Power Weekly Adoration
Join us for a weekly Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Since 1983, Prayer Power members have held an adoration at St. Charles Seminary in Wynnewood, PA every Tuesday from September until May. Prayer Power has helped start weekly adorations in 60 parishes in the diocese. If you would like to join one of these adorations, or would like to start one in your parish, let us know and we'll provide all the information you need.

Prayer Power Line
Pray for the special intentions submitted to Prayer Power. Special intentions are displayed in the Prayer Corner on our home page. All you have to do is read the intentions and say a little prayer for all the people on the prayer list. One prayer will cover everyone. You just pray, “Jesus help them in their time of trouble.” As new intentions are posted, we will notify you via email.
